Group Compliance Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Conduct KYC in accordance with the Group’s AML/CTF Program;
- Conduct compliance monitoring on business practices across the Group’s divisions, to provide assurance re compliance with relevant financial services laws and regulations;
- Management of the administration and oversight of the Group’s Training Program – ensuring that staff meet their requisite training hours;
- Performing Control Room functions such as managing staff trading approvals and maintenance of restricted lists;
- Attending to compliance related queries from stakeholders;
- Contributing to periodic board reporting and committee papers;
- Contributing to the oversight and management of internal audits and compliance monitoring processes;
- Maintaining compliance registers;
- Assist in the development and update of Compliance Manuals & Policies, and other procedural documents;
- Other compliance duties, advisory and administrative.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a education in law, commerce, business, finance or other relevant discipline with 3+ years experience in the financial services industry;
- Understanding and experience of AML/CTF KYC obligations is a compulsory requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business.
