A.   Personnel and Admin Management Supervision

Note: All decisions, scheduling, and implementations must be approved by the Property Manager.

1.    Assist in the supervision of staff, holding persons accountable to policies and Procedures.

2.    Timesheet reconciliation, review and assure that staff/admin assistant is processing timesheets as per policy and procedures.

3.    Admin duties and scheduler duties; Provide admin and scheduling support when staff is off.

4.    Assist in the enforcement of the property Deed of Restrictions and Rules and Regulations. 

5.    Assist and help Train new hires for Admin the department.

 

 

B.   Documentation Management

Note: All documents must be discussed, signed, and approved by the Property Manager.

 

1.    Prepare and ensures accurate Lease Contract, Contract Renewals, and Memorandum of Agreement for short term tenants.

2.    Prepares correspondence, reports, agendas and spreadsheets.

3.    Checks and ensures accuracy of Statement of Accounts (SOA)

4.    Update and Monitor the Tenants Master List including changes/adjustments.

5.    Prepares and submit accurate and updated master List (with current rates and adjustments) to Property Manager, Accounting Department, Treasury Department, Meganorth Operations Manager, COO, and/or CEO.

6.    For changes in Rates and all other adjustments must be reported and submit necessary documentations to Accounting and Treasury Department.

 

C.   Tenant Relations/Tenant Service

 

1.    Helps and assist various complaints of tenants and refer to each department concerns.

2.    Closely attend to contracts, renewals and adjustments concerns of tenants

3.    Provide high quality of customer service, update and maintain current daily and emergency tenant contact list and tenant information manuals.

4.    Assist tenant, vendor and prospective tenant walk-ins and endorse to leasing department.

 

D.   Others

 

1.    Monitors and Records daily and monthly collections.

Perform other works which will be required by the management from time to time
