The Role:  

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you are the backbone of our sales team! You'll manage our Salesforce database, oversee our GowayPro loyalty program, and provide essential support with monthly accounting and agent inquiries. You’ll also create compelling PowerPoint presentations for our Account Managers, handle payments, and assist in budgeting for trade shows. Build lasting relationships with our top VIP agents and drive communication between sales and reservations to elevate service quality. From promotional program execution to managing Gowayagent.com, you’ll play a central role in our success.


Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Overall management of the Goway database in Salesforce
  2. Oversee the GowayPro loyalty program and assist with agent inquiries & process monthly accounting
  3. Assist with PowerPoint creation for Account Manager use
  4. Processes payment requests with Goway Accounts for show invoices, once approved by sales DOS
  5. Monthly reconciliation of trade show budget planner as provided by DOS
  6. Retain and manage business relationships with top VIP agents alongside the designated Account
    Manager.
  7. Act as a communication conduit between the Account Managers and reservation managers to define
    service enhancement opportunities
  8. Create and execute promotional programs; provide promotional materials for agency partners
  9. Manage Gowayagent.com
  10. Performs other duties and assists in all areas, as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Experience in a similar role – travel industry preferable
  • Strong organizational, communication and detailed orientated
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Detail Oriented, team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Have solid written and spoken English skills
  • Has a positive attitude.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM preferred
