Customer Value ManagementHeads the end-to-end lifecycle marketing so that the customers can feel understood, appreciated and cared for. Apart from that, this is a business generation role and will work with several stakeholders to upsell, cross sell, conserve business, improve persistency and monetize data through the power of marketing automation.
This is a senior role that is unique functions both as marketing and sales.
Marketing
Customer Value Management
Heads the end-to-end lifecycle marketing so that the customers can feel understood, appreciated and cared for. Apart from that, this is a business generation role and will work with several stakeholders to upsell, cross sell, conserve business, improve persistency and monetize data through the power of marketing automation.
Sales
Digitally Assisted Sales
Will be in charge of digital commercialization particularly Digitally Assisted Sales. From leads generation, leads nurturing and conversion working with all the distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns and management powered by marketing automation.
2. Growth hacking via upsell, cross sell, conservation and persistency working with various stakeholders.
3. Digital commercialization through the power of digitally assisted sales. From leads generation, nurturing, sales enablement and conversion working with distribution channels.
4. Further build the telemarketing / telesales capabilities.
5. Data Privacy Champion
Knowledge and Skills:
Education & Certification: University Graduate from a reputable institution.
Experience: At least 10 years' experience in modern marketing.
Experience and background in the following:
- customer lifecycle / lifetime value
- CRM
- modern marketing
- digital sales
- communications
- stakeholder management
- expert in business case development
