Expertly Bridging Talent with Opportunity – Volume Hiring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage volume hiring, ideally with experience in serving Australian clients. Based in the Philippines, this role is pivotal in supporting our dynamic growth and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various sectors.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talents in a competitive market.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless selection process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in volume hiring and manpower management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • Experience recruiting for Australian clients is highly advantageous.
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
