Accounting Officer
•General accounting tasks, including bank and balance sheet accounts reconciliation
•Preparation of month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reports.
•Ensure accuracy of journal entries in general book of accounts in compliance with established
accounting policies and procedures.
•Prepares financial statements for Management’s reference as well as for compliance to regulatory
requirements.
•Ensure receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
•Generate and prepare monthly sales and financial reports for submission to the management as per prescribed deadlines;
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations and assist in tax filings
•Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to allow preparation of accurate financial reports.
•Work in close coordination with other department to ensure consistency of accounting and tax
treatment of transactions.
•Assist in audits and provide necessary documents and information
•Other accounting related task that may be give from time to time.
