Job Title: HR and Administrative Assistant (A1)

 

Job Purpose 

A detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. Must be proactive, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support the team with data entry and database management.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Coordinate shuttle service/ transportation of employees, and perform fleet management
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, and other functions that may be assigned from time-to-time

 

Qualifications

  • A college graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A resident of Sta. Rosa or Binan, Laguna or nearby areas
