Branch Supervisor (Pasay)
The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our booth at NAIA. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth customer transactions, maintaining excellent service standards, and achieving operational efficiency. The role will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Customer Service Assistants and Cashiers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Ensure the team provides a seamless and satisfactory customer experience
- Monitor daily booth activities, including cash handling and customer requests
- Implement and enforce operational policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in customer service, retail, or operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work on-site in Pasay (NAIA) and amenable to flexible shifts
