Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager shall lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources services and activities but not limited to Recruitment, Retention, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee & Labor Relations and other related strategic HR initiatives that are implemented under the Office of the Group Chief Learning Officer and VP for Human Resources.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Spearhead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent within the travel industry.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Manage employee relations and act as a mediator in conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of 4 year course related to Psychology / Behavioral Science / Social Science or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, with a preference for candidates
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent.
- Proven experience in Organizational Development, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Performance Management, Basic HR Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Compensation and Benefits Administration.
