Qualifications:
Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are key to succeeding in this role. While previous experience in customer service is a plus, it is not required, as we provide training to ensure you’re fully prepared to excel in assisting our valued clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include handling customer complaints and inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time frame. You'll build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Additionally, you will provide accurate, valid, and complete information, maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents. Adherence to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies is essential in this role.
