Facilities Manager
Gigahertz is searching for a Facilities Manager responsible for keeping the Head Office and Mall Branches well maintained, clean and safe.
It is expected that he works on define project timelines at minimal costs.
JOB DUTIES:
- Identify, plan and supervise branch activities related to:
- New store construction
- Existing store renovation
- Minor repairs
- Modular and signage installations
- Liaise with contractors for the following activities:
- Identifying the contractor with the least costs with high quality service (at least 3 comparative quotations)
- Completion of activities' based on project timeline
- Quality Control Checking of Branches after construction/renovation/repairs
- Escalate problems and propose solutions that may impact costs or schedule
- Document and prepare daily progress reports for discussion to the General Manager
- Create facilities maintenance guidelines that includes but not limited to the following: store visit, areas for checking, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position.
- Must have experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
