QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business course, Office Administration or any related field.
  • At least 2 – 3 years experienced in being a secretary in a corporate set-up or in food manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide information and resolve conflicts.
  • Time management skills
  • Presentable at all times during work.
  • Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Prioritizing e-mails and phone calls.
  • Gathering documents to prepare for meetings.
  • Helping to coordinate meetings and calendars.
