QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business course, Office Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 – 3 years experienced in being a secretary in a corporate set-up or in food manufacturing company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide information and resolve conflicts.
- Time management skills
- Presentable at all times during work.
- Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Prioritizing e-mails and phone calls.
- Gathering documents to prepare for meetings.
- Helping to coordinate meetings and calendars.
