Customer Service Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Collection
- Assist area Sales Representative in promoting and selling all FEI products such as pet care, racing pigeon, equine, swine, and poultry.
- Do booking, forward it to the sales representative
- Do other task indicated by the sales representative in the area.
- Report to immediate area head.
Promotional Activities
- Distribution and installation of printed collaterals
- Orientation of sales clerks in assigned stores
- Engage walk in customers to encourage product switching
- Distribution of samples of focus products in assigned stores
- Farming of client data such as cell phone numbers, Facebook accounts, social media etc.
- Dissemination and execution of Soc Med activities and programs.
- Monitor inventory and status (expiry) of products in the distributors level.
- Ensure product distribution and movement from the distributors to stores, pet shops and clinics.
- Report and update NSM as to status of area covered.
- Take initiative actions to improve area performance.
- Coordinate and update with co-sales agent and CSS in the area.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Graduate of any 4 years course. Preferably Animal Science
- Preferably with motorcycle and driver's license
- With strong personality and good interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure and works with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
- Willing to be assigned in Cavite Area.
