We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our team. This
role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our marketplace channels. The ideal
candidate will manage channel activities, update listings, and oversee trading website functionality to drive
revenue growth and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Management:
o Manage and optimize marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other relevant platforms.
o Monitor and maintain compliance with platform-specific policies and best practices.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve channel performance and resolve operational issues.
2. Listing Management:
o Update and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.
o Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversions.
o Conduct routine audits to identify and correct listing discrepancies.
3. Trading Website Operations:
o Ensure the trading website’s performance, including product updates, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
o Coordinate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
o Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to improve user experience.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels and generate actionable insights.
o Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.
5. Customer Support Collaboration:
o Work closely with the customer service team to address marketplace-related inquiries and issues.
o Implement feedback loops to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
● Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce, or a related role.
● Proven expertise in managing multiple marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce).
● Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or similar).
● Excellent organizational and project management skills.
● Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and online merchandising strategies is a plus.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
