Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Purpose: Administer all employee benefits programs in company such as Leave of Absence, Maternity Claims, Sickness Claims, Government Remittances, Health card up to Recruitment and Administrative tasks. Job Description: Benefits
· Administering the organization’s benefits programs (retirement plans, leave policies, insurance policies, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Tin, etc.)
· Monitoring government regulations, legislations, and benefits trends.
· Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution process (retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Tin, etc)
· Administers employee insurance programs including life, disability, and health insurance plans.
· Facilitates accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers, plan administrators, or other appropriate service providers.
· Receive and secure proper filing of payment vouchers forwarded by Accounting Team in respective folders per applicable month
· Process payments, loans. Maternity claims, sickness claims on government agency offices as requested by the employee.
· Upload, generate, and collate reports for government remittances.
Analysis
· Determining position classifications and evaluation for all rank and file
· Prepare all government reportorial requirements, maintain and update all necessary reports for easy reference
· Obtain and secure all government clearances on an annual basis or as requested by the management.
· Safekeep all documents pertaining to SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig
Administrative
· Ensure all office equipment is functional.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
· Administer renewal of Permits (Business Permit, BFP, DOLE, and alike)
· Secure copy of business permit of all warehouses (Taguig, CDO, and Davao)
· Ensure compliance with DOLE requirements with the supervision of the HR Supervisor.
· Oversee and plan all company events (Team building activities, Anniversary Celebrations, Christmas Party)
· Check and monitor billings of the outsourced personnel under Staunch Workforce Corporation and Matapat Pilipino Security Agency.
Recruitment
· Orientating new employees and existing employees
Others:
· Tasks that may deemed necessary from time to time.
Qualification;
· Bachelor’s degree graduate
· At least 6 months experience in Compensation & Benefits
· Willing to Work in Taguig
· Can start asap
