RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Ability to coordinate and execute all facets of project delivery, from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, through to project closing.
- Manage group of senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes of the engagement.
- Take the lead from Engagement Manager and drive the project in a concerted manner towards the pre-determined outcomes.
- Conduct workshops to ascertain business needs and user requirements and drive towards a cohesive business and functional requirements and design document.
- Analyse existing methodologies and systems.
- Provide deliverables and tasks to nominated consultants and coordinate desired outputs.
- Create process documents, collaterals, input/ output templates and any end user training documents to ensure targeted outcomes.
- Manage project outcomes within budget, prescribed time and specifications.
- Ensure financial reporting discipline around project burn-rates, available budgets, scheduling, forecasting, resource allocation and management.
- Managing scope creep and negotiating/ influencing with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are kept within agreed SOW.
- Ability to strongly influence, to create and foster strong working relationships and lead a cross functional project team to ensure timely project delivery, in budget, and within required quality and standards.
- Capable in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously, prioritising tasks and delivering results.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and suggest resolutions to improve project success.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem- solving capabilities.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced SQL skills
- Advanced report design & development, configuration and reporting skills in JSP / PL SQL
- Data Analytics essential
- Programming Languages such as C, C++, Oracle programming are desirable (stored procedures, triggers, views)
- Understanding of OT PPM would be beneficial

- Excellent presentation skills and effective communication across a wide range of senior stakeholders
- Well-developed organisational and prioritisation skills
- Documentation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and applying strong decision-making skills
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
