The Leasing Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the leasing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the leasing process, managing tenant inquiries, maintaining leasing records, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospective tenants, current tenants, and the leasing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Liaises with and maintains a good relationship with tenants, unit owners  and prospective tenants and in-house personnel
  • Help prepare reports for submission to management such as revenue forecasts (cash flow), marketing plans, market reports, and other reports as may be required
  • Prepares Contracts of Lease and assist in negotiations
  • Prepares, and reviews other pertinent documents related to leasing
  • Identifies market opportunities for the company and recommends appropriate courses of action to management
  • Coordinates with the different departments within the company regarding leasing matters
  • Monitors vacancy levels and expiration of leases.
  • Proactively contact existing tenants for renewals or extensions
  • Assists in leased premises inspection
  • Coordinate, negotiate and track first and subsequent drafts from LOI to execution
  • Coordinate tenant space plans with Property Management
  • Maintain database of supplies and inventory of office supplies and marketing materials
  • Assist in marketing programs
  • Reports violations of contracts

Job Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Has good communication skills
  • Good customer-service skills required
  • Work schedule: Monday - Saturday
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
