About Your Duties:

A Brand Marketer is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance a brand's image, increase customer engagement, and drive growth. They work closely with various teams to ensure brand consistency, develop unique selling points, and position products effectively. Here’s a breakdown of typical duties and responsibilities for Brand Marketers:

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify unique brand positioning and differentiators to set the brand apart.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize ROI.

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Develop compelling content and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work with content creators and designers to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Use storytelling techniques to engage customers and convey brand values effectively.

Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze consumer feedback, market data, and campaign performance to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain customer personas based on research and insights.
  • Use analytics tools to track brand performance metrics and prepare reports.

Brand Consistency & Integrity

  • Ensure all marketing efforts reflect the brand’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure they are followed across all channels and materials.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring internal and external consistency.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work with product, sales, PR, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and social media teams to maximize online brand presence.
  • Partner with event and PR teams for effective brand representation at events.

Market Positioning & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Continuously assess market positioning to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify opportunities for brand expansion and new market segments.

Budget Management

  • Manage budgets for branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and monitor spending to stay within budget.
     

About Your Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term, brand-driven strategies.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Skilled at developing fresh ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal skills for conveying brand messages.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate across teams.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, social media, and online advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and market research.
  • Proficiency in branding tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work full time on site in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
