What the role will entail
- Contributes to the conceptualization and formulation of business strategies and sales programs
- Executes approved sales programs within agreed timelines
- Establishes agreements with other Bank units to ensure effective implementation of sales programs
- Recommends strategic alliances with external partners for mutually beneficial business objectives
- Resolves or endorses customer requests within TAT
- Analyzes customer and business data/reports, and industry trends to discern key strategies and opportunities
- Achievement of target for each KRA line (which varies year-to-year subject to budgets dictated by senior management)
- Daily Manages program budgets aligned with operational efficiency metrics
What we're looking for
- College Degree, preferably a graduate of any business course
- Preferably 2 years of sales and marketing work experience.
- With background in Sales and Marketing, Business and Industry Knowledge, Project / Program Management, Product Management, Business Development, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Business Strategy Formulation, Data Analysis
- Ameanable to do field work
