Loan Application Support Officer (day shift)

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Follow up with customers for the return of applications and supporting documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries about their chosen product and application, maintaining accurate records.
- Enter application information accurately into the database.
- Focus on improving customer service skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the broker team, brokers, broker support staff, and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet business objectives as directed by management.
Critical Challenges and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries while managing expectations and service standards.
- Engage with customers in a diplomatic manner.
- Collaborate with the Colcap team to provide consistent, high-quality results to all clients.
- Ensure adherence to established processes.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Competencies:
General knowledge/experience:
- Previous or current experience in sales / customer service/ loan processing
Essential:
- Loan App, Simpology experience
Desired:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to work a flexible schedule

- Confident communicator with experience building relationships with high-level clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
- Excellent analytical abilities and insights based on analysis.
