Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: CEBU CITY, CEBU

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Verify and update information in the system to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform routine data backups and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist in preparing and processing reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, as needed.
  • Handle customer or client data with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet deadlines.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  • No Experience Needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with data management software or systems is a plus.
