- General support on Vendor Master Data and Supplier Portal activities
- Quality checks and analysis on maintained bank updates and successor accounts
- Analyze tickets based on a defined process and distribution criteria
- Identify continuous improvement potentials within the process
- Support portal access management, analysis and validation
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management
- Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
- Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research; ability to analyze and present data, and collaborate effectively with other colleagues
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
