Senior Field Engineer - (Aircon, Washer Technician) | URGENT!
The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to field engineers during on-site repairs at customer locations. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and systems, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time. The Senior Field Support Engineer will have the same level of access as our tech support engineers based in the UK and must be prepared to respond promptly and effectively to inquiries. This is a critical role that requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field engineers during on-site repairs.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by entry-level engineers.
• Utilize technical support systems and tools to diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
• Document and communicate detailed problem resolutions to field engineers and customers.
• Collaborate with the UK-based tech support team to share knowledge and develop best practices.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest product information, system updates, and industry trends.
Minimum - 2 years Electronics Support for HA (AC, Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Microwave)
- 3 years Electronics Troubleshooting experience
