Save yourself and look for another agency. You deserve better!
The good thingsI only enjoyed working with my client.
The challengesStop the micromanaging. MANAGEMENT stop treating yourselves like VIP. Your VAs are the one who provides your salaries. Don't treat this agency like your previous BPOs. The management itself is useless and unprofessional. They imply a lot of rules but still can't do their job. If you have concerns, they will respond like a robot but they will not act upon it. They will include salary increase in perks but if you request them to work on it, THEY WILL NOT WORK ON IT, they will only acknowledge it. They also lowball their contractors, they take most of the money and give their contractors less than half of their rate. Even though they take most of the money they still can't provide enough computers on site. And even they don't have enough computer, they will not allow you to bring your own laptop. The internet in the office is also slow. Christmas baskets are only given to VAs who work on site. The previous reviews here are true! Just look for another agency and save yourself!

All control, zero supportWorking with My Sahay Global Inc. has been one of the most frustrating professional experiences I’ve had. As an agency, they take more than 50% of what clients are paying, yet compensate their VAs with the lowest possible rate justifying it by claiming they need to cover costs like their physical office. Sorry, but if your business model depends on underpaying remote workers to fund your own overhead, that’s a you problem not ours. Despite this, they still feel entitled to micromanage, enforce senseless policies, and constantly change rules without explanation or context. When concerns are raised, responses are robotic, long-winded apologies that go nowhere. There’s no real leadership, no advocacy for their contractors, and certainly no value-added support. If you're looking for fair treatment, transparency, or basic professional respect look elsewhere. You deserve better.

Unprofessional and unresponsive recruiters/interviewers...made me wait and told me my interview was rescheduled but I never got an email about it then was told that they are moving forward with another candidate.
The good thingsI cannot say anything good, as I didn't get to work here.
The challengesI got an email from them re an interview at 1PM. At about 1130AM, I got an email saying that if I am available I can already join the meeting so I did. I was told that it's an urgent hiring so I will be endorsed for another interview at 8PM that night. I waited for 30mins but no one showed up. I was
