It’s easy to mismanage an organization when the wrong individuals are put in charge.
The good thingsFreedom and flexibility that come with loosely defined processes.
The challenges– A cultural identity is emphasized externally to appeal to clients, but the internal structure tells a different story – Some employees are promoted rapidly despite limited experience or readiness for the role – In certain cases, employees are presented to clients at higher roles than their actual experience reflects, potentially to align with billing strategies – Leadership struggles with consistency and effective execution, affecting overall performance
