    The good thingsI say its a somersault working experience here because you will never know when and how the challenges or trials may occur at work. Despite of it, the owner/manager, admin and department heads are trying its best to assist us, make us feel worthy and help us grow and over come each challenges. We never work individually but as a TEAM.

    My experience with hesreal was very challenging
    The good thingsThey gave me a confidence, & challenges by letting me handle excavation projects,giving blanket authority in managing projects.I was able to apply what i learned in my studies in college (i e management subjects, etc.)
    The challengesThe job itself, i enjoy getting along with different kinds of people ( i e end users, govt employees ) enjoy handling my personnel ( i handled 2 projects simultaneously in every project i have 10 men each )
