Senior Quality Assurance and Control Engineer
I feel disappointed that despite being a Senior QA/QC Engineer with 12 years of industry experience, most of it gained overseas, and holding relevant certifications, the job offers I receive in the Philippines do not seem to reflect my qualifications and expertise. As I plan to settle back in the Philippines, I was expecting opportunities and compensation packages more aligned with my professional background, but many offers feel more suited for entry-level positions rather than experienced.
