Mga Gen Z, BAKIT BIGLANG NAWAWALA? Parang multo kung magresign 🤯 Ilang beses na akong naranasan bilang supervisor—nagfile ng resignation, pero kinabukasan, hindi na sumisipot! Walang turnover, walang updates, parang nawala na lang. Paano na ang transition at mga pending tasks?

It is because during their filing, naghahanap na sila ng mapapasukan na iba. Dahil din to sa stress and workload na naibibigay sa kanila ng trabaho nila. Lalo na sa working environment nila. Lalo na pag nafefeel nilang di sila naappreciate as a employee. May mga bosses kase na once na makagawa ka ng good sa company wala silang comment. Pero once na magkaroon ka ng simpleng lapses biglang magsisisulputan yung mga taga pagmana ng kumpanya na akala mo ang laki laki ng nagawa mong error.

Either sobrang stressful yung workload or di sila aware sa proper turnover, next time once they file a resignation po try to forward them to HR for a proper turnover before you can release their COE para fair din na wag lang basta2 iiwan yung work may proper turnover parin dapat kahit ilang days lang kasi it will reflect din sa character nila na di graceful yung exit nila.

i don't think not all gen z's naman may mga naka work din akong may edad na ganyan din sila mag resign baka nagkataon lang po na puro gen z nagre-resign po sa inyo, pwede din once mag file sila ng resignation mag ready po kayo ng template ng proper turnover and bigyan sila ng ilang days mag extend man lang para aware din sila agad na filing a resignation doesn't means immediate end of contract

Di ko rin po gets pano mag resign, sabe nila dapat may 30 days notice para maayos mo lahat for turnover at para makahanap din sila ng kapalit mo yung iba naman sabe Karapatan mo mag resign at umalis kung kelan mo gusto kasi bawal ka pilitin 😅

When you say gen z for sure di lang sila aware sa proper resignation, i have similar case din pong ganto di lang sa genz pati din sa iba kaya once na forward sakin ng mga head na may magre-resign is pinapadala sakin agad for a 1on1 talk para lang din ma-explain ko ang proper resignation based sa napirmahang contract din and to just make sure na ok sila at kung ano problem

ganyan ginawa ko sa 1st job ko malay ko ba sabe pa ng HR they won't release my COE and backpay kung di ako mag turnover kaya nag extend ako halos 2 weeks late ko nag rin nalaman may exit interview pa palang ginagawa
