THAI TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP - OPEN BUDGET / DAYSHIFT
Responsibilities:
Initial troubleshooting and support for the company's hardware, software & accessories
Escalating problems to Technical support Level 2 when standard trouble shooting techniques and database cannot provide an adequate solution
Working with Field Sales Engineer either from the company or its Service Partner for the unscheduled site services
Providing consultation to the company's client who needs to upgrade the functionality and availability in the upkeep of their networks.
Assisting the upkeep of the local technical support lab and provide enahancements when required
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Applicants should be Filipino, Thai citizens or hold relevant residence status
Required Languages: Proficient in the Thai language and conversant in the English Language
Knowledge of personal computers is required
Experience with network operating systems is an advantage but not required
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
