THAI TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP - OPEN BUDGET / DAYSHIFT

Responsibilities:

• Initial troubleshooting and support for the company's hardware, software & accessories
• Escalating problems to Technical support Level 2 when standard trouble shooting techniques and database cannot provide an adequate solution
• Working with Field Sales Engineer either from the company or its Service Partner for the unscheduled site services
• Providing consultation to the company's client who needs to upgrade the functionality and availability in the upkeep of their networks.
• Assisting the upkeep of the local technical support lab and provide enahancements when required

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Applicants should be Filipino, Thai citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Required Languages: Proficient in the Thai language and conversant in the English Language
• Knowledge of personal computers is required
• Experience with network operating systems is an advantage but not required
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
