Customer Service Representative (Code:ER)
(National Capital Reg) Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge and skills specific to the customer and condensing unit product lines that will be handled.
- Manage Assigned Territories.
- All orders be entered 100% accurate and within 24 hours after receipt.
- Work with plant scheduling for customer priorities and expedite requests, keep communications open with customers and associated sales manager as it relates to special requests (expedites, RMA, etc.).
- Receive training and execute on Customer Care initiative for continuous improvement in IPD net promoter metrics.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- At least 6 months Customer Service related experience.
- Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills.
- Use of Microsoft Office Products.
- Good phone and computer skills.
