Prospective Principal/Project:

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Capable to work on large project in fast track situations., 3 years min. site experience as Site Architect / or finishes Coordinator, Site experience as Quality Control is a plus, Familiar with shop drawings production, Very familiar with finishes and their specifications and quantities off, Capable of performing value engineering.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Riyadh.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
