Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for developing new Web and Client/Server applications for sales and customer relationship management.
• Provide leadership support in a collaborative team environment.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support our existing Microsoft-based systems.
• Analyze requirements and architect software system design.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal developers and external consultant.
• Execute and participate in all complex software projects involving integration of multiple vendor packages.
• Establish, and work within, policies and procedures for software application design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Provide applications and utilities to enhance production performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
• Verify database and data integrity.
• Work confidently with all levels of management.
• Provide procedures and documentation for audit and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Three (3) to Five (5) years Development of Microsoft.Net technologies



• .NET platform to include programming, analysis, design, report generation using reporting service, data extraction and loading using Integration service, data modeling, and troubleshooting.



• Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of Web and Client/Server application development concepts on a multi-tier distributed server in Microsoft.



• Experienced in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes

• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.



• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
