Responsibilities:

This position requires the individual to efficiently carry out the responsibilities in Vendor Management Processing. This includes, but not limited to, building good relationship with vendors, ensuring accurate invoices are entered for payment, working on favorable payment terms, and continuing process improvements. Responsibilities may include:

* Trade and Non-Trade (Corporate) Invoice Management
* Logistics Tracking Management
* Order on Hold Resolution
* Payment Term Negotiation
* Accounts Payable Hotline Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.


• Preferably 1 year of working experience in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.


• Candidate must possess good communication and negotiation skills, must be responsible and highly motivated, proactive and independent.


• Required language(s): English
