Travel Consultants (Grand Regency)
(Doha, Qatar)

Responsibilities:

• Consistently and regularly correspond with clients and provide complete travel related services
• Counsels the corporate client’s on efficient routes, lowest available fares and providing optimum customer service Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills
• Gets all the necessary information for the passengers to make their bookings.
• Design & costing of ticket itinerary and other Holidays products
• Regularly get in touch with the service providers / airlines/ Hotels
• to ensure smooth operation
• Handles Reservations – tickets / Hotels and ground handling requirements
• Maintains and updates customer profiles and database.
• Attends the telephone calls received.
• Monitors and achieves the individual target set by the company.
• Follows up reservations and bookings with the clients before travel and get the feedback after.
• Offers and promotes different products to the clients in aim to sell them.
• Follows up with the clients for any special requirements
• Follows up the payment for the products issued
• Come up with new ideas and suggestions wherever necessary in the interest of the company.
• Uses the company facilities in the most economical way.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills with the ability to develop & maintain team atmosphere
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communicates well with the clients to build good relationship
• Knowledge of travel and hospitality industry
• Gender: Male or Female
• Maximum of 45 years old
• Full-Time positions available.
