- With, at least, 2 years experience in teaching English
- Good command of English (with american or neutralized accent)
- Experience teaching IELTS & TOEFL is an advantage
- Has Experienced teaching Koreans is an advantage
- Preferably College Graduate
- Not more than 40 years of age
- Having a teacher's professional license is an advantage
