Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for the attainment of sales budget, business growth and over all profitability of his/her assigned region. Upholding Company policies and procedures through effective planning, coordinating, leading, and controlling store operation/functions at all timES. He/She plans and analyzes sales budgets and profitability of every store in the region, formulating needed strategies, policies and procedures to ensure attainment of goals and objectives. Job responsibilities as follows;
a. Establishes the direction for the assigned region in line with set corporate/ operations division objectives b. Prepares sales plan based on the daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales performance of the region. c. Ensures consistent attainment of sales budgets/targets d. Supervises all personnel in the region, work distribution and delegation of responsibilities and ensures availability of manpower and material requirements of the region. e. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned region and ensuring customer satisfaction and continued patronage through efficient performance of customer service functions f. Devises and/or coordinates appropriate training of staff that will improve performance and increase productivity g. Ensure implementation of internal control systems and processes that will minimize and/or eliminate operational lapses h. Sets performance standards and expected output of subordinates including desired accomplishment deadlines i. Ensure continuous development for specific store marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Department to maintain leadership in the industry and keep abreast with the current market trends for service, price and new product line. j. Develop and initiates measures to ensure store operating expenses are kept with in the budget by maximizing resources to its full potentials. k. Review quarterly Stocktake results and press on necessary action plans to lower down variances to acceptable level. l. Uphold and support management decisions, requirements and expectations. m. Provide Operations Controller with essential information/feedback that can aid the latter in the formulation of corporate/division decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent. - At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or Sales Support Coordinator. - 1 Full-Time positions available. - Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
