• FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least 2 year Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or any computer related course (at least 3rd year level with no back subjects).
• Call center experience is an advantage.
• Must have ABOVE AVERAGE ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• For Nursing grads or undergrads: We only accept those with minimum of 2 years experience in a call center.
• COMPUTER SAVVY and GAME ENTHUSIAST are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG AND ORTIGAS (Client offers free shuttle!)
• Willing to work in graveyard shift.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
