Technical Sales Representative - Muntinlupa City Responsibilities: As a technical sales representative, you will have the opportunity not just to practice and enrich your IT-related and customer service skills, but also develop a third skill-set in selling and promoting products and services for our client, a major computer manufacturer. Primarily, you will provide inbound technical support for customers, including troubleshooting and resolution walk-through of hardware, software and networking issues of desktop and laptop users. In addition, you will play the role of a trusted technical adviser, offering solutions and upgrades that you’d deem beneficial to the customer. This includes various products (PC parts, software, storage devices, etc.), as well as services like one-time phone support and warranty extensions or renewals.
