Marketing Submissions Specialist
(National Capital Reg - Makati City) Responsibilities: As a member of Gameloft’s submission team in Manila Studio, your duties and responsibilities shall be but not limited to the following:
- Prepares games packages and marketing materials needed for submissions
- Submits mobile game packages to clients (mobile carriers, partners, affiliates) through different delivery methods (ftp, xml, email)
- Ensures technical support for partners
- Coordinates with the EU submissions team in Beijing and Bucharest for meeting the submission deadlines with flawless results
- Submission follow up with Business Managers, operators and other departments
- Fills in reports / internal documents / databases
- Executes tasks requested by his direct superior
- Respects the deadlines set for finishing any project
- Reports and is responsible for his activity
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills – understanding, writing, speaking
- Very good Microsoft Office knowledge
- XML/ HTML knowledge
- Good Photoshop knowledge
- Very good communication skills
HUMAN SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Hard working and very proactive person
- Meticulous and responsible
- Very good attention qualities (distributive and concentrate)
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Able to work supervised and to supervise remote teams
- Good reaction to stress
- Available for overtime
