(National Capital Reg) Responsibilities:
- Capable of conceptualizing and producing cake designs apt for mass production.
- Present cake and/or other items' new design ideas appropriate for newly developed products.
- Assist Marketing department in brainstorming for new and artistic approach for cake decorations relevant to the market for seasonal festivities.
- Possess the ability to multi-task and work efficiently and can work efficiently.
- Must be updated or must constantly be on the look out for new and innovative ways of producing cake designs.
- Ability to work independently and/or within a team.
- Must be proactive, flexible, responsible, detail-oriented and meticulous.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree / Certificate / Training in Culinary Arts, and/or Cake / Pastry Designing.
- At least (3) years of relevant professional experience in cake/confectionery Company, Hotel, Restaurant and/or Culinary Institute.
- Updated resume (in Word document format) with a recent photo.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
