Compensation and Benefits Officer (Day Shift)
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City) Responsibilities: Ensures timely supervision of employees’ salary, benefits and remittances to various government offices.
Requirements:
- College Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any equivalent course.
- With at least 2 years experience in various HR functions especially Compensation and Benefits preferably from call centre industry
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and government mandated benefits.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Exudes positive attitude all the time, works well under pressure
- Shows high degree of creative problem-solving skills and people-handling skills
- Meticulous, good with figures and possess strong analytical skills
- High integrity, results and service-oriented, team player, honest, creative and artistic
