Coach (Day Shift)
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City) Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting and monitoring sessions with trainees and agents, giving update with progress reports and working with other members of Learning and Development team.
Requirements:
- Experience in an outbound call centre, sales, telemarketing or customer service position
- Knowledge and understanding of collections industry is a plus
- Preferably, with experience in coaching or training
- Willing to engage with people
- Excellent communication skills and coaching techniques
- Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
