In June 2004, Dencio's Bar and Grill was acquired by Pancake House, Inc., a 100% Filipino owned publicly listed restaurant chain under the management of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Martin P. Lorenzo.

With the recent acquisition of Dencio's, the new management is faced with bigger challenges of reintroducing the brand to an "All new attitude of an old time great."

To date, Dencio's operates in more than 20 branches - Scout Albano; Araneta Center; Libis; Trinoma; Capitol Hills; Jupiter; Metrowalk; Greenhills; SM Megamall; Glorietta; Paseo Center; Rockwell; Robinson's Ermita; Robinsons Dasmariñas; Robinsons Starmills; Harbour View; Brittany Bay, Sucat; Riverbanks;Bonifacio High Street Taguig, Luisita Center; Camp John Hay and Tagaytay.

Additional Soon-To-Open branches will open in Metro Manila and some provinces this year.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry and at least 2 years in the same capacity, preferably operating in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Filipino
• Must have strong planning, organizing, leadership and controlling skills
• Must be computer proficient (MS Office)
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
