The Sizzlin’ Pepper Steak is a unique DIY (do-it-yourself) Japanese casual dining restaurant that offers sizzling steaks on the "patented" hot plate system that prepares and serves delicious steaks within 5 minutes!


House specialties include the Beef Pepper Rice, and its various Hamburg Steaks. All are made with 100% imported beef, and flavored with high-grade Japanese pepper. Other Pepper Rice varieties include the Teriyaki Beef Pepper Rice, Chicken Pepper Rice and Seafood Pepper Rice, all of which have become instant house favorites.


Beyond the delicious food, what makes eating at Sizzlin’ Pepper Steak a modern Japanese dining experience are the patented sizzling hot plates. These innovations ensure that the steaks are cooked at just the right temperature for just the right time, so that they are served juicy, tender and hot.


Sizzlin Pepper Steak opened its first branch on June 19, 2007 at the Trinoma Mall in Quezon City. It has then expanded to 6 more branches located in prime locations in Promenade, Greenhills; Katipunan; SM Megamall, Pacific Star Makati and at the Ayala Center, Cebu.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry and at least 2 years in the same capacity, preferably operating in a casual or fine dining restaurant
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Filipino
  • Must have strong planning, organizing, leadership and controlling skills
  • Must be computer proficient (MS Office)
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
