Outbound Telemarketer: Mac-User
(Armm, Bicol Region, C.A.R, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Central Mindanao, Caraga, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Northern Mindanao, Southern Mindanao, Southern Tagalog, Western Mindanao, Western Visayas)

 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide customers with a great experience
  • Assist in lead generation for in-house sales team
  • Must be able to follow training guidelines
  • Able to work Australian business times, and other times as required
  • Outbound sales calls to tax practice clients
  • Database update (accuracy essential), followup.
  • Recording and reporting client feedback.

 

Requirements:

 
  • AT LEAST 6 MONTHS to 1 YEAR OUTBOUND CALLING
  • Must have demonstrated success in telesales / coldcalling
  • Must be a proficient Mac-User
  • Excellent communications skills (extremely fluent in written and spoken English)
  • Outstanding listening and questioning techniques
  • Must have a hunger for sales
  • Friendly, confident and professional
  • Self-starter, has initiative, organisational skills, and ability to meet targets
