We seek to hire individuals who can grow with us and who brings passion & excellence in the work environment, to develop and expand our distribution network. Applicants who are based or are willing to be based in key cities of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned annual Peso revenue and all Product line unit targets.
• Effectively manage distributors and key accounts to achieve principal's objectives.
• Ensure compliance to policy and distributors' selection criteria to achieve maximum market reach.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or other management disciplines;
• 5-7 years experience in distributor, key accounts and van sales management with a Pharmaceutical, Distribution or FMCG company, 2-3 years of which in a District Manager or supervisory capacity;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage;
• Must be willing to be assigned in key cities nationwide;
• Must be goal-oriented, highly motivated to achieve performance objectives;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Excellent communication & presentation skills;
• Successful track record in sales & marketing.
