Senior Technical Support Specialists
Phone-based software technical support position with ECE, a fast-growing US BPO provider with offices in Makati. Handle technical support calls from our client’s US-based internal operations team. Client is major USA logistics company. Support is for an internally developed ERP software application developed in Java with an Oracle database back-end.

Responsibilities:
For immediate employment. We are hiring one (1) Level 2 Technical Support.
Monthly Salary: $1,000 USD
The successful applicant shall undergo training to be able to use the client software to enter support requests in tracking system and respond to user questions.
Criteria:
- Ability to read and understand java code to enhance product knowledge relating to specific user questions.
- Ability to execute select SQL code to understand data issues.
- Unix skills to navigate file system and read log files.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent English language communications skills;
- Some familiarity with Java language and SQL;
- Commitment to excellent customer service in a tech support environment;
- Ambition to grow and advance within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Must have excellent command in English.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
- Commitment to detail, quality, and customer focus
- Willing to work on night shift
