We are looking for an offsite illustrator/graphics artist to work on clothing, props and environmental design for our virtual world at http://www.wiglingtonandwenks.com.

The art style we are looking for is available for study at the above mentioned site and its subsites.

The successful candidate will work from home in the Philippines with a team based in Singapore.

Offsite Illustrator/Graphics Artist

Requirements:

Your job will involve the following -

  1. Designing and colouring clothing, props and environments
  2. Creating multiple instances of the clothing and props in different angles to simulate animation. This is a remote job and you will be expected to work from home on a supervised schedule and be connected to the internet at all times.

Software Knowledge Requirements
  1. Adobe Flash CS3
  2. Adobe Photoshop

Skillsets
  1. Extensive/Expert knowledge in Flash animation
  2. Knowledge of Adobe CS applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
  3. Good track record/portfolio preferred
  4. Able to produce cartoon costumes, props and environment concepts and designs
  5. To be able to work fast under tight deadlines

Additional Requirements
  1. Must be able to communicate effectively with an english-speaking team
  2. Must have own computer which can support the required programs mentioned above (preferrably with his/her own wacom tablet but not required during application)
  3. Must have stable internet connection and must be online from 10 AM-7 PM from Mondays to Fridays
  4. Must be able to work with minimum supervision
  5. Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines
