On The Job Trainees / Interns for Human Resources - Sourcing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts phonescreening for probable applicants
• Attend various sourcing related activities (e.g referral programs, job fairs, conferences, etc.)
• Input necessary information and assist in managing the HRIS
• Be exposed with the concepts and skills related to talent sourcing and acquisition

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Education/Teaching/Training, Others or equivalent.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Internship positions available.
