VISAYAS - Recruitment Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the ownership of the hiring process at the Delivery Center and administration of the candidate process for all open positions including but not limited to: greeting of applicants, reviewing applications, administering testing materials, conducting job interviews and placement. Works closely with Sr. Specialists and Manager to coordinate recruiting efforts as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be willing to work in Bacolod
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
